• Driver Details: - Driver details will be shared up to 30 mins prior to departure.
• Delays: - Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason pickup may be delayed by 30 mins.
• Inclusions: - Fares includes, One Pickup and One Drop.
• Only in One-way Trips Toll Tax and State Taxes Included.
• Exclusions: - After extra km running charges will be applicable. Distance will be calculated from point to point.
• Extra Pickup/Drop Charge Amount: 500 Rs. /Pickup with extra km charges.
• You need to pay toll tax, state tax or other similar taxes directly to the driver if not mentioned in Inclusions/Read before you book.
• Receipts: - Parking and Airport charges will be extra wherever applicable. You need to collect receipts from the driver for any extra charges paid directly to the driver during the trip. Urgent Taxis is not liable to provide any invoices for such amount.

• Night charges applicable (between 10:00PM to 05:00AM) For Hatchback/Sedan 250/Night.
• Night charges applicable (between 10:00PM to 05:00AM) For SUV/INNOVA 300/Night.
• Night charges applicable (between 10:00PM to 05:00AM) For Traveller 500/Night.
• AC will remain switch off in Hilly Areas.

Additional Information:-

• Cab will be provided on the basis of availability.
• We do not commit on particular fuel type vehicle. It will be as per mentioned in name by cab provider.
• If a CNG refill has to be done, the turnaround time may be over 30 minutes due to less availability of stations and long queues.
• You are not allowed to take pets with you inside the cab.
• You are solely responsible for managing your own travel schedule. Urgent Taxis will not be liable for any compensation if you happen to miss your scheduled flight, train or bus due to delay pickup, traffic jam or delay due to any other reason during the trip.
• Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel should be reported to Urgent Taxis within 48 hours of travel time.
• For cancellation no penalty till 2hrs before departure and 100% penalty beyond that.

• Urgent Taxis will not be responsible if your valuables are left in the car or you leave them in the vehicle.
• Urgent Taxis (UT) will not be held responsible for any cancellation or delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation or strike, traffic jam or road blockage, etc.
• Urgent Taxis reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of a vehicle at any point
• In the event of cancellation of a cab trip, Urgent Taxi’s liability will be limited only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the e-ticket.
